Our Why....

Aged Out Leveled Up Inc. was birthed in honor of Chanon Kettleson.
Chanon was a dedicated employee whose life was cut short. After her passing, we learned she had aged out of foster care into homelessness—with no family or support system.

Her story became our mission.

We exist to make sure no young person has to navigate adulthood alone—providing the support, guidance, and lifelong connections every youth deserves.

Our mission is to improve outcomes for foster and at-risk youth by delivering evidence-informed programs that increase financial stability, educational attainment, workforce readiness, and access to supportive, lifelong connections.

Our vision is a future where every foster and at-risk youth has access to the support, resources, and lifelong connections needed to thrive independently and lead stable, successful lives.
